Stephanie believes in finding the individual strengths and using that to help empower Clients in all areas of their life. Stephanie has a passion for helping people find hope and healing.

Stephanie holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from King College as well as a Master's of Education in counseling and human development from Lindsey Wilson College.  She is currently a Resident in Counseling and is pursuing licensure.

Stephanie has 12 years experience in the mental health field in the community mental health setting. She has experience helping those dealing with emotional and behavioral issues that impact their ability to be successful and the quality of their life. Stephanie also has experience in treating anxiety, depression, crisis intervention and trauma in children, adolescents, teenagers and adults 

Stephanie utilizes several different therapy models including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Structural Family Therapy; Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Person-Centered Therapy.

Two of Stephanie’s lifelong passions have been empowering people and athletics. Stephanie has decided to combine these two passions by offering mental coaching/counseling, as well as team building sessions, to local athletes and teams. Stephanie has 12+ years of counseling experience, as well as experience as a successful high school and collegiate athlete and 10 years of experience as a Varsity Head volleyball coach.  These experiences as a former athlete and coach give Stephanie a unique perspective, which can help athletes achieve the mental toughness that can set them apart as an elite athlete.
